Meet Mrs. Kim
My name is Christine Kim and I'm excited to welcome you to our Kindergarten classroom! I love teaching and as I tell my students, I had wanted to be a teacher since Kindergarten! I am a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This will be my 15th year of teaching, and my 10th year in Kindergarten. This is my 5th year at Meadowbrook and I am so pleased to be a part of this wonderful school! Before coming to Meadowbrook I taught Kindergarten and 2nd Grade in Chicago. Additionally, I had the privilege to teach 3rd grade for four years overseas in Hong Kong before coming to Chicago. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and trying out new restaurants. I am married and have 2 little boys, Henry and Evan. I love helping kids learn and grow, and I'm thrilled to be teaching Kindergarten again this year! I look forward to a great year of learning and fun!
Meet Mrs. Hendle
My name is Mrs. Hendle. I've lived in Northbrook since I was in 4th Grade. I'm married and have a 29 year old son. I've been at Meadowbrook for 20 years and in kindergarten for 14 of those years. I love Meadowbrook and being with all the wonderful students here and seeing all the excitement of learning. I look forward to spending the year with your child.
